KARACHI, Jan 18: The University of Karachi on the commencement of the new academic session on Friday issued a code of ethics for students. The code bars students from possessing “any firearms or any sharp-edged objects or use of force or intimidation or interference in the administrative affairs of the university”. Smoking and chewing of ‘pan’ or betel nuts  will also not be allowed on the campus.—APP
