ISLAMABAD, Jan 15: British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw has invited Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri for an official visit to the United Kingdom.

British High Commissioner Sir Hilary Nicholas Synnot handed over a letter of invitation to Mr Kasuri here on Wednesday, which he accepted.

A statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads that the minister has been invited for consultations on bilateral and regional issues.
