KARACHI, Jan 7: Four ships carrying coal and containers are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage of Karachi Port on Tuesday.
On Monday, Lantau Arrow, Aysan, BBC Pacific and Hyundai Colombo were berthed at the port. Mol Solution, YM Ningbo, UASC Shams, Aysan and Nina Victory sailed out.
A cargo volume of 101,285 tons comprising 75,131 tons of import and 26,154 tons of export was handled.
The following ships are expected to arrive at the Karachi Port on Monday: SFL Sara and He Bo with coal and Kota Gembira and TS Qingdao with containers.
Port QasimKARACHI: Two ships carrying wheat and diesel oil allotted berths during the last 24 hours, A PQA press release said on Monday.
Meanwhile, three more ships to load containers, wheat and unload furnace oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.
Meta, Marine King, Al Salam II and Bunga Allium were busy in loading and unloading wheat, cement, diesel oil and edible oil.
A cargo volume of 44,269 tons comprising 42,269 tons of import and 1,450 tons of export was handled.
