Bullet riddled body found

ATTOCK, Dec 31:  Police recovered a bullet riddled body of a young man from an agriculture field near Attock-Haji Shah road on Monday.

Police said some locals informed the police about the presence of the body in agriculture field near Attock-Haji Shah road.  The SHO Attock Khurd police rushed to the scene along with finger print expert and shifted the body to the district headquarters (DHQ) hospital Attock.

The man, in his mid-twenties, was murdered as bullet wounds were found on the deceased's body.

The police during the search also found an identity card issued by a private company based in Islamabad  from the clothes of the deceased, which shows his name.

The Attock Khurd police immediately contacted the Doaman police station, Chakwal district to verify the contents of the identity card, sources added.

The Attock Khurd police SHO Sub-Inspector  Syed  Mazhar Shah said the family of the deceased had indentified the deceased at the DHQ hospital, he said.—Correspondent
