ISTANBUL, Dec 20: The Turkish Treasury said on Thursday it had secured a 300 million euro loan from the European Investment Bank. In a statement, the treasury said 100m euros would be used by the state water works for flood prevention, with the remainder to be used to finance small and medium companies through Turkish lender Vakifbank. —Reuters
