QUETTA, Dec 18: The District and Sessions Judge for Sibi, Saadat Bazai, issued a non-bailable warrant of arrest against former federal minister Mir Hamayun Aziz Kurd in a fake degree case.
The warrant was issued after Mr Kurd failed to appear before the court for the third time on Tuesday. —Staff Correspondent
