Dr Mohammad Sher, dean of science faculty and head of anti-plagiarism committee at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), has been found guilty of plagiarism for the second time in less than two years.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has officially informed the university that a research paper authored by Dr Sher in 1998 was plagiarised, Dawn has learnt reliably.
