Dr Mubarakmand not to be stopped from working on Reko Diq: IBC

ISLAMABAD: The International Arbitration Court on Friday, December 14, 2012, rejected the application by the Tethyan Copper Company (TCCP) which would stop Dr. Samar Mubarakmand from working at the Reko Diq reserves, DawnNews reported.

The TCCP had filed a plea in the IBC to stop Dr Mubarakmand from working on gold and copper reserves at Reko Riq.

Cases pertaining to Reko Diq are also being heard at the same time in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Among the panel of world renowned judges at the IBC is, Lord Bobman, besides judges from Britain, Germany and Belgium.
