KARACHI, Dec 12: A sessions court sentenced on Wednesday two men to 10 years in prison in a murder case.

The court found Ghulam Hussain and Mohammad Pervez guilty of killing Sultan Gul in August 2008 within the remit of the Pak Colony police station.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (west) Zahida Sikandar pronounced her verdict after recording evidence and final arguments from both sides.

A case (FIR 135/08) was registered under Sections 302 (premeditated murder) and 34(common intention) of the penal code.—Staff Reporter
