Kabul sets free four Pakistanis

PESHAWAR, Jan 10: Afghan government set free four Pakistani prisoners from Kabul jail apparently on health ground, official sources said on Friday.

The  released prisoners were handed over  to  political authorities at Torkham checkpoint on Thursday evening and were shifted to a lock-up in Landi Kotal.

They were identified as Hafizullah (Karachi), Usman, Hazratullah and Najeeb (Peshawar). Officials said the prisoners were suffering from mental sickness and two of them had been shifted to a local hospital for treatment.
