Blast in Quetta injures five: reports

QUETTA: An explosion ripped through Quetta, the capital of restive Balochistan province on Friday evening, injuring at least five people, DawnNews reported.

According to some initial reports by the police, the blast took place at Quetta’s Jan Mohammad Road when explosive material planted outside a shop blew up.

Five people were injured with one in critical condition, police said.

The exact nature of the blast could not be ascertained as yet.
