LAHORE, Jan 4: The PPP completed all arrangements to celebrate the birth anniversary of the late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on Sunday (Jan 5). A workers’ convention will be held under the chairmanship of party’s provincial president Qasim Zia.

Office-bearers of the district, tehsil and city organizations and all ticket-holders will participate.

ARD President Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan has also been invited.

The P-5 will organize a separate ceremony at the residence of Defence Minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal. Leaders of the breakaway faction will participate.

Meanwhile, People’s Youth Punjab celebrated the birth anniversary on Saturday at party’s provincial office in Faisal Town. Qasim Zia, Altaf Qureshi, Mian Misbahur Rehman, Naveed Chaudhry and Mian Muhammad Ayub were among the participants. — Staff Reporter
