LAHORE: Musharraf Javed was named as captain of the Pakistan Kabaddi team for the 2nd Asia Cup which starts at the Punjab Stadium on Thursday.

The Pakistan Kabaddi Federation also announced the squad on a day when all the participating teams namely India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Iran, Indonesia and Afghanistan arrived in Lahore.

Musharraf Javed (captain), Afzal Butt, Obaidullah, Babar Waseem, Mohammad Irfan, Akmal Dogar, Mohammad Shafique Chisti, Kashif Raiz, Shafique Butt, Sajjad Gujjar, Rashid Ismail, Mohammad Mansha, Mohammad Matloob, Asif Ali, Mohammad Aslam Dogar, Khalil Ahmed.
