KARACHI, Jan 2: Regular candidates who will be 13 years of age and above on May 1st, this year, have been allowed to appear in the Secondary School Certificate, Part-I (Class-IX), science and general group’s annual examinations 2003. So said an announcement made by the secretary, Board of Secondary Education, on Thursday.—APP
