SWABI, Dec 28: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal MNAs, Mohammad Usman advocate and Maulana Khalil Ahmad said on Saturday that the American attack over Iraq would be a “naked terrorism” and the religious parties would stage rallies against such barbarism.

In separate press statements, they said the UN inspectors were allowed to visit all the suspected sites and even the palaces of Iraqi president Saddam Hussain had also visited and searched.

They said that the Iraqi government had extended all possible cooperation to the UN inspectors but despite that the US preparation for attack over Iraq had continued unabated.

“The US attack over Iraq would put the UN credibility at stake and the overstepping on the world body mandate would make it clear that it had used by America as “rubber-stamp” for achieving its global agenda while the world community had failed to check the hegemonistic policies of Washington”, said Mohammad Usman.

“In fact, the US has targeted the Muslim countries across the globe and even the most allied friends, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, have also been ditched”, he said, adding that looking to the past track-record of Washington the Muslim countries must awaken and create unity in their ranks.
