Attracting students to new fields

NEW market forces are emerging in the developed world, and are also having an overarching effect on the other parts of the world. The developed world is achieving milestones in different fields and hence they are the leading forces of the world market.

Educational institutions in the developed world are redefining their goals very rapidly. They are trying their level best to discover new fields of studies so that they can attract students from other parts of the world.

From the beginning educational institutions try to discover the interest of any individual so that they can guide him in a proper direction.

This approach is result-oriented as students join different fields according to their interest. This approach helps them to excel in the future with flying colours.

But in our country the case is very much different, as students here are forced by parents and teachers to choose an area that is of their liking.

The interest of a student is kept aside, with no hope of getting them fulfilled. If we look around, we will find many examples where students’ choice was kept aside. This practice has a tendency to disturb the overall fragment of a student life, and as aresult students don’t work hard and thus move towards a tragic end.

Most parents want their children to be a doctor or an engineer, but will never pay heed to what their children would like to.

The world has become a globalised village with a mounting trend of new professions. Aas a society we must adopt the emergingtrends so that we can keep pace with this world.

Parents must pay heed to their children’s bent and what they will feel passionate about as a profession. This strategy will help students in gathering proper momentum in their life, with a bright future.

It is very important to tell them to seek their passion and make it their profession.

Both parents and teachers can play an important role in helping the children seek their passion. Also, women must also be given quality education. Women can become torch-barriers in our society and their success stories will act like a motivating force for other women.
