ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Monday conveyed to all concerned, including the cabinet ministers, to show utmost regard and dignity towards the judiciary while discussing court cases especially during the television talk shows.

The Prime Minister made these observations while informally talking to ministers at the Prime Minister House after his appearance at the Supreme Court in the morning.

The five-member Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, while praising the Prime Minister for showing respect towards the court, had drawn his attention to the remarks by certain cabinet members and party workers, who use undignified language while talking about judiciary.

Prime Minister Ashraf said that every effort should be made to ensure that the elements, who were trying to create misunderstanding among the institutions, were discouraged.

The Prime Minister reiterated his government's policy of respect for the judiciary and the courts.
