LONDON, Aug 4: Canadian trampolinist Rosannagh MacLennan captured the women’s Olympic title on Saturday, securing the gold after a late miscue by defending Olympic champion He Wenna.

The 23-year-old MacLennan posted a score of 57.305.

That was good enough to edge silver medallist Huang Shanshan and more than a point ahead of Wenna, who are both from China.—AP
