PESHAWAR, Dec 19: Pakistan People’s Party (Sherpao) MPA, Sikandar Hayat Khan Sherpao, has claimed that his party would retain PF-20, vacated by party Chairman, Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao, in the by-elections.

He expressed these views while talking to various visiting delegations from PF-20.

He contended that the party nominee for PF-20 Tariq Kamal Khan was a consensus candidate and he would emerge victorious in the polls as he is being fully supported by Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao.

He maintained that the PPP-S was the true representative of the masses and would work enthusiastically for Sherpao’s mission.

He claimed that the PPP-S had chalked out a comprehensive strategy for the upliftment of the area that would help end its miseries.

He said that the people had always reposed confidence in the Sherpao family in almost every election adding that the latter had also left no stone unturned to serve the people.

He said that the people were politically conscious.—PPI
