THE International Cricket Council must put into effect the Decision Review System, which uses ball tracking and thermal imaging to verify umpires’ decisions, in view of the bad decisions made by umpires.

It is the ICC that must bankroll this system rather than it being subject to the approval and financing of the host nation.
