KARACHI: One person was killed and eight others injured, including two Rangers personnel, as an explosive device exploded near a Rangers mobile van, at Peoples Chowrangi in Buffer Zone.

According to police, the deceased was identified as Zubair, son of Ismail.

The dead and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.

Moreover, law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident.
