LAHORE, July 12: A young woman gave birth to quintuplets at a private hospital in Shadman on Thursday.

Qalb-e-Rahat, 27, who was admitted to the hospital a couple of days ago gave birth to five babies – four boys and a girl - after undergoing a C-section.

A source said the babies and their mother were healthy and stable.

The hospital administration has refused to give further details.
