THE National Bank has installed the first solar-powered ATM at DHA branch at Korangi Road in Karachi. It is good to see the NBP taking this step.

The NBP has also announced that it would install more solar-powered ATMs. All other banks in Pakistan should follow in the footsteps of the NBP and convert at least 50 per cent of their ATMs to solar power.
