MELBOURNE, Dec 14: Former captain Adam Hollioake joined the England squad on Saturday, promising to make up for lost time after a two-year break from international cricket marked by tragedy.

Still mourning the death of his brother Ben, who was killed in a car crash in March, Hollioake told reporters he was keen to make the most of his second chance.

“I’ve got nothing to lose and there’s nothing more dangerous than a man with nothing to lose,” Hollioake said.—Reuters
