LAHORE, June 21: Supreme Court Bar Association former president Asma Jahangir said on Thursday the lawyers who had disassociated themselves from pleading Bahria Town cases should also return the fees they got from Malik Riaz.
Talking to newsmen at the Lahore High Court, she said: “I appreciate the step but the lawyers who refused to further plead Bahria Town cases should show more courage by paying back the fee for the satisfaction of bar.”
About a ban on her entry to Rawalpindi bar association, Ms Jahangir said such bans could not stop her from visiting any bar in country.
“I challenge the Rawalpindi bar president and the secretary to tell me the time and day to visit the bar. I will see who will stop me,” she said.
