Militants killed at least one soldier in South Waziristan

SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: During a search operation against Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants in Ladah Tehsil of South Waziristan agency, a security convoy was targeted by the militants, which left one soldier dead and seven injured.

The security forces targeted the miscreants with jets and helicopters killing 11 militants and injured scores of others.

Inter Service public Relations (ISPR) confirmed the death of an officer, while six have been injured it says.
