The four officials would leave for the UAE on Tuesday. It is pertinent to mention that the team in question has only one member — Usman Wahla — who has experience of making arrangements. The other three members are PCB chief financial officer Badar M. Khan, PCB director coordination Sajid Hameed and a legal expert. However, none has any expertise in this regard.
