LAHORE: Pakistsn Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said on Wednesday that the case of alleged corruption of Arsalan Iftikhar, son of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry,  was a conspiracy hatched to blackmail the chief justice, DawnNews reported.

Speaking to media representatives, Khan said the case was a conspiracy by the land mafia against the independent judiciary.

He said that the conspiracy was intended to obstruct working of the independent judiciary and to blackmail the chief justice.

Moreover, the PTI chief said that his party will unveil this conspiracy.
