LAHORE, Dec 13: The health and education secretaries were refrained from attending the JAC-CM meeting on Friday reportedly for their “biased” conduct in solving teachers, doctors and students’ problems.

The JAC leadership which has been complaining of the secretaries’s role on the issue of boards of governors in educational institutions and hospitals, requested the CM to debar them from attending the meeting. The CM reportedly also censured the two secretaries.
