Court order weapons to be presented in Shahzain Bugti case

QUETTA: Jamhoori Watan Party leader Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti has presented himself in an Additional and Session Court in Quetta, in relation to an illegal weapons case.

Additional Session’s Judge Zulfiqar Hasnain told prosecutors that they should present the weapons found in Shahzain Bugti’s possession in court on 07 June.

The court also ordered the police officers investigating the case to be present on 07 June.

According to the FC and the provincial police, Shahzain Bugti was arrested at Baleli check post in Quetta on December 2010, where he had been held while allegedly in possession of the weapons.
