TAXILA, June 4: Body of a woman in mutilated condition was recovered from a deserted place near Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway near Pathargarh in the limits of Hassanabdal police station on Monday.

Police sources said that some villagers spotted the body of a woman and informed the local police who reached there and shifted it to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital for autopsy.

Later, it was buried at the local graveyard by a charity organisation. According to police the body was of a woman in her 30s who seemed to have been killed about a month ago.—Correspondent
