MPA vows to resolve women’s issues

MANSEHRA, Dec 11: A Pakistan People’s Party (Sherpao Group) MPA from Mansehra, Ghazala Habib Tanoli, has vowed to pay special attention towards solving the problems of the women of her constituency and said she would take steps for their empowerment in all spheres of life.

The MPA was speaking to the women of her constituency who called on her here on Tuesday to offer Eid greetings.

She said that her father, former provincial minister Habibur Rehman Tanoli, had done a lot for the uplift of the area and had rendered great sacrifices for the progress and prosperity of the people of Tanawal valley. I would follow the suit and strive to solve the problems of the people of her constituency, she assured the visitors.

Ghazala Habib vowed to serve the people of the area without any discrimination and claimed that service to the humanity was her mission. She would fight on all fronts to safeguard rights of the poor and marginalized sections of society, the MPA added.

She said handicraft centres and other income generating schemes would be launched in PF-57 to make the women folk self-reliant.
