S Korea factory output falls

SEOUL, April 30: South Korea’s industrial output reversed two months of increases in March due partly to weak production of semiconductors and machinery, official figures showed on Monday.

Production fell a seasonally adjusted 3.1 per cent from a month earlier in March following a revised 0.6 per cent gain in the preceding month, Statistics Korea said.—AFP
