MULTAN, Dec 1: Shujabad city police have failed to recover a woman and her three children who were kidnapped some one-and-a-half years ago.

Bashir of Chah Bakaruwala, Mauza Todarpur, told newsmen that his wife and three children were kidnapped by Akram, Mushtaq and accomplices some 18 months back from his house.

A case was registered with the Shujabad city police on April 13, 2002, but his family had not been recovered so far. He said Mushtaq had been arrested by the police but others were still at large.

He has appealed to the Multan range DIG and the DPO to help recover his wife and children at the earliest.—APP
