HYDERABAD, Nov 25: Third Additional District Judge Aslam Sheikh here on Monday rejected bail before arrest application of Nazim, union council-16, Manthar Jatoi, in Shahnaz Jatoi murder case, for failing to appear before the court.

The Nazim is accused of being involved in the murder case of a young girl, Shahnaz Jatoi, who is believed to have been killed by her parents and uncles on the pretext of Karo-kari.

The murder case was registered after release of the autopsy report of the body of the deceased and the opinion of the doctors that the girl had died an unnatural death.
