MUZAFFARABAD, Nov 17: The AJK government has decided to ban construction along green belts and hills surrounding Muzaffarabad as a part of steps for the beautification of the capital.

The decision, said a handout, was taken in accordance with a “land use plan” prepared by the planning and development department at a cost of Rs1.5m.
