- PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif. —File Photo KARACHI: Sindh is changing, Pakistan is changing and Larkana is also changing, Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz’s chief Nawaz Sharif said at a public meeting in Larkana on Saturday, DawnNews reported.
Nawaz said Larkana’s voice was similar to that of the whole country.
He said those responsible for the murder of former Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chief Benazir Bhutto could not be caught and that that was the government’s responsibility to unveil the culprits.
Nawaz said those who ran away leaving behind the body of Benazir Bhutto had now become ministers.
He further said that he had promised Benazir to work with her for Pakistan’s prosperity but that the current government did not implement the Charter of Democracy.
He said the government had not been able to help the people affected by the floods and said that if Sindh could not help the flood victims then Punjab would come to their aid.
The PML-N chief said his party did not know how to run away after fetching votes and would work for Pakistan’s prosperity.
He said if the PML-N would come into the power it would abolish ‘dakoo-raj’ and would provide employment to the people.
