The Scottish national portrait gallery in Edinburgh will soon open to the public, almost three years after the  completion of their ambitious restoration project. While in London the British Museum has acquired a 100 etchings by Pablo Picasso that will go up in an exhibition around April next year. -Photos by Reuters
