LAHORE, Nov 19: Justice Raja Muhammad Sabir of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday rejected the pre-arrest bail application of Kasur Jail Deputy Superintendent Bashir Ahmed. Petitioner’s counsel submitted that he was not present at the jail when two prisoners were killed during a disturbance a few days back.
