The protesters said they had met Town II Nazim Mumtaz Khan and told him about its effects on the environment of the area, but he did not pay heed.
They also raised slogans against the Nazim.
Hassan Gari II Union Council Nazim Tehseenullah Khan and Larama union council Nazim Bakhat Naseer led the protest demonstration.
