PESHAWAR, Nov 16: Land dispute claimed life of a man in Badbher area here on Wednesday evening, police said.

The complainant, Ms Bas Meena, told Badhber police that her husband, Jauhar Ali, was on his way home from after offering Fajr prayers when a group of armed men opened indiscriminate fire killing him on the spot. The accused fled after the incident. She has nominated several people in the case including Hayat Khan, Mustafa and Ishtiaq and said that her family had a land dispute with the accused involved in the attack.

Meanwhile, unidentified body of a young man was found in the limits of Bana Mani police station on Wednesday. — Bureau Report
