HYDERABAD, Nov 17: The University of Sindh, Jamshoro, on Sunday announced the results of the pre-entry test for admissions in Master degree classes for the academic session 2003, which was conducted in the morning.
The coordinator, Sindh University Testing and Employment Centre, Prof Asif Ali Qazi, has also announced the names of the top 10 candidates in the pre-entry test. The marks were given from a total score of 400.
Syed Ahmed Shah from Larkana (Seat No199) secured the top score with a total of 291 marks. Qazi Kashif Naeem from Sanghar (Seat No170) secured 268 marks, Mansoor Ali Afshar from Hyderabad (Seat No644) secured 261 marks, Aziz Ahmed Jamali from Sanghar (seat No92) secured 257 marks, Kamal Mustafa Buriro from Dadu (seat No121) secured 247 marks, Shahnawaz Chachar from Snghar (seat No193) secured 242 marks, A. Dino Buriro from Larkana (seat No76) secured 242 marks, Ghulam Shabir Shah from Larkana (seat No105) secured 231 marks, Hafeez Ahmed Khan Pathan from Dadu (seat No107) secured 231 marks, and Abdul Ghafoor Mallah from Hyderabad (seat No58) secured 227 marks.
MUET: The Mehran University of Engineering and Technology has announced that the interviews for the posts of demonstrators and lecturers in various departments will be conducted at the university.
The interviews for the posts in the departments of electrical, chemical, mining, industrial engineering and management, textile engineering and the English Language Development Centre will be held on Nov 21.
The interviews for the posts in the departments of electronics, telecommunication, computer system, software and network administrator on Nov 22 while candidates for posts in the departments of mechanical, civil and the Institute of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, have been advised to appear on Nov 23.
