MIRAMSHAH, Nov 15: Seven people were killed when a US drone attacked a residential compound in Miramshah town of North Waziristan on Tuesday morning.

Sources said the drone fired two missiles at the house in the Darpakhel Serai locality, killing four people on the spot and injuring three others.

Local people took away the bodies and the injured.

The house was engulfed in flames. The sources also said that after the strike several drones were seen hovering over the area at low altitude.
