TOBA TEK SINGH, Nov 17: Gen Pervez Musharraf has violated the Constitution by taking oath as president because he is the in-service general and ineligible to contest the presidential election.

This was stated by PML-N central leader and former MNA Hamza while talking to newsmen here on Sunday.

He said that making the LFO a part of Constitution was a dictatorial step and the democratic forces could not accept it.

Terming the self-made amendments unconstitutional, he said parliament was the only institution which could make amendments in the Constitution.
