LAHORE, Nov 13: Another batch of 125 Sikh pilgrims arrived here from London on Wednesday to attend the 533rd birth anniversary celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak.

Sikh pilgrims from the US, Canada, Europe and Middle East will attend one of their holiest festivals being held from Nov 17 to 19 at Nankana Sahib in Sheikhupura district.

During their 10-day stay, the Sikh pilgrims would visit other holy places like the Dera Sahib near the Lahore fort, Hasan Abdal’s Panja Sahib, Farooqabad’s Succha Soda and Aimanabad’s Rohri Sahib.

The officials of the Evacuee Trust Board (ETB) and members of the Gurdawara Parbhandhak Committee welcomed the pilgrims at the airport.

Nankana Sahib Yatra Committee’s UK president Amriq Sing, while talking to newsmen at the airport, hoped that arrangements in Nankana Sahib and other holy places would be satisfactory.
