LAHORE, Nov 11: The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) staged a protest demonstration against the Indian brutalities and atrocities being perpetrated on the people of occupied Kashmir on Monday.

Demonstrators raised slogans against the Indian government for continuing to suppress through use of brutal force the basic right of self-determination to the people of the Valley.

They said the Indian oppression of the people of Kashmir could not be allowed to continue any longer. They also pledged that the international conspiracy to divide Kashmir would not be allowed to succeed come what may.

They urged the United Nations to play its role and force the Indian government withdraw its troops from the Valley. They also called upon the UN to take affirmative action to enforce its resolutions on Kashmir to let the people decide their future.

They urged the government to counter Indian propaganda on the issue of Kashmir at the international level.
