CIA nabs four highway robbers

MIRPURKHAS, Oct 1: The CIA police, Mirpurkhas, have arrested four members of a gang who had been involved in highway robberies and dacoities.

The accused have been identified as Waryam Khaskheli, Urs Sheedi, Arif Panhwar, and Hakim Lund.

The police have recovered two unlicensed pistols and a dagger from their possession.

Police claimed that eight other members of this gang were at large and raids were being conducted to arrest them.

LANDLORDS BOOKED: Three landlords were arrested by the Samaro police for water theft on Monday.

Darogha Mewo Khan lodged an FIR with the Samaro police that during a visit to the Nabisar distributary he found landlords Yaseen Bhurgari, Izhar Bhurgari, and Sattar Bhurgari stealing water with the help of pipes.

SUICIDE: A girl, Rukhsana alias Rukaiya (15), committed suicide by taking pesticide near Berani on Sunday.
