ISLAMABAD: PPP Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Nabeel Gabol has urged all the political parties to work for maintaining peace in Karachi, a big business hub of the country.

Gabol said that all the political parties and the people should work collectively to solve the problems being faced by the common man.

He condemned the murder of former MNA of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Waja Karim Dad in Karachi and demanded punishment for the culprits.

Expressing serious concern over the law and order situation in Karachi, Gabol called for deweaponising the city in an effort to establish peace.

Replying to a question, Nabeel Gabol said that action should be taken against those people who were found guilty of sabotaging peace in Karachi.

He said strong political will was needed to solve the problems of the people.
