ABBOTTABAD, Nov 5: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company, Hazara region, has decided to give 70,000 new connections to the consumers in the Hazara division in 2002-3.

The GM, PTCL, Hazara region, said this at the annual development meeting of the PTCL staff on Tuesday.—Correspondent
