HYDERABAD, Nov 15: The central president of Pakistan Muslim League (QA), Mian Mohammad Azhar, has said that Nawaz Sharif was intoxicated with power as such he considered himself as another Qauid-i-Azam and added that due to inefficiency of the leadership the PML was thrown out of power.

He was addressing a public gathering at Matiari on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Thursday.

He said that as Nawaz Sharif started ignoring the masses and sincere workers, he had raised his voice in protest and advised Nawaz Sharif not to ignore the PML cadre but in vain.

He said Mr Sharif could not digest the truth and added that had he accepted the advise of the well wishers of the party,he would not have to live in exile.

He said the PML will have to learn from its past mistakes and the country will have to depend on its own resources for its development and prosperity.

He said sincere efforts were needed to eliminate poverty from the country as it was increasing with the passage of each day.

Former federal minister Gohar Ayub said the PML leadership will undertake an exhaustive tour of Sindh after Eid and try to resolve the water issue and the issue of rampant unemployment.
